Our first real storm
We finally had a bit of a storm these last few days, although the brunt of the snow and rain fell further north, from Flagstaff to Tucson and places east. We are the forgotten part of the state some politicians in Phoenix think belongs to Sonora, Mexico; our daily winter forecasts are intergrated into that of Tucson or Phoenix. So when Phoenix was forecasted to get severe floods and high winds, we were expected to get that, too. We got the wind but not necessarily the rain.
I'm not going to complain too much, as we needed every inch of rain. We haven't had a decent storm in almost a year, so let it rain, let it rain, let it rain.
From high winds to double rain bows to snow in my mountains, this is hopefully just the start of what hopefully will be a wet winter.

Great storm photos!
Hi Bill
We got another storm earlier today but I was at work and then at school and couldn't "enjoy" it. The mountains look like they got more snow, too.
